Delete Your TrayJourney Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your TrayJourney account (the Invisalign treatment-tracker mobile app, developed by Salman Fazal) and all of the personal data associated with it.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Send an email to salmanfazal01@gmail.com from the email address or phone number associated with your TrayJourney account.
- Use the subject line: "TrayJourney Account Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, include the email address or phone number you used to sign in to TrayJourney so we can locate your account.
- We will verify the request, delete your account, and reply within 30 days to confirm completion.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of verification:

| Account credentials | Phone number or email address used for sign-in, authentication tokens |
| Profile information | Display name and any other profile details you provided |
| Treatment data | Aligner schedule, current tray, wear-time logs, reminder configurations, and any treatment-plan settings |
| Progress photos | All photos you captured or uploaded through the app |
| Notification tokens | Push-notification device tokens linked to your account |
| Subscription state | The record of your subscription status as stored in our systems |
| App activity records | In-app event records associated with your account |
What Data May Be Retained
In some cases we are required to retain a limited amount of information for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. Where this applies, the data is retained only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.

Subscriptions Managed by Google Play or Apple
If you purchased a TrayJourney subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the subscription itself is managed by Google or Apple and not by us. Deleting your TrayJourney account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription:
- Google Play: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select TrayJourney → Cancel subscription.
- Apple App Store: open Settings on your device → tap your name → tap Subscriptions → select TrayJourney → Cancel subscription.
We recommend cancelling your subscription before requesting account deletion to avoid being billed for a renewal you can no longer use.
